Over a 25-year career in business management and consulting Christina has developed expertise in strategic planning/facilitation, organisation design, executive coaching, and executive search and recruitment.

 

In 2002 Christina established a private consulting business specializing in building organisational effectiveness at a strategic and human capital level.  Working with Boards and Senior Executives key assignments have focused on strategic and business planning, organisation design and effectiveness, leadership assessment and development.  Clients have included Spotless Limited, The Victorian Managed Insurance Authority, Origin Energy Shop, FoodWorks Supermarket Group, The Association of Heads of Independent Schools of Australia, a number of non-government schools and various not for profit organisations.

 

As a Consultant and Executive Coach, Christina has worked with a range of clients to design and deliver coaching programs focused around leadership development, change management, career transition management and management effectiveness.

 

Prior to this Christina worked in executive search with Korn Ferry International focusing in the Consumer Products, Retail, Health and Education sectors for Top 500 Australian, multi-national organisations and independent schools.

 

Christina commenced her career with The Shell Company of Australia working in the areas of Retail Marketing and Human Resources with responsibility for franchise development, asset management, retail operations, category management and merchandising.   Success in these roles was underpinned by strong capabilities in strategic planning, business modeling, change management, industrial relations and marketing strategy.
